Things to know:
Because PolyMVA acts on oxidation in each cell
of the body and requires free radicals in order
to function properly, certain vitamins and other
antioxidants in megadoses could minimize the effectiveness
of Poly-MVA.
It is ok to take Vitamin C up
to 3000mg, and other antioxidents at or slightly
above their recommended daily allowance while
using Poly-MVA. If you are taking vitamin C (3000mg-5000mg
per day) we recommend waiting 6 hours before taking
the Poly-MVA. Megadoses of Vitamin C (5-150 grams
per day) should be being carefully watched by
a physician and they would determine the best
course of action. Poly-MVA uses free radicals
available in the cells in order to transform them
into energy. Alpha Lipoic Acid should not be taken
with Poly, because it will interfere with the
proprietary palladium-bonded lipoic acid in the
Poly-MVA.
It is important to follow a good
nutritious diet that is low in sugar, along with
exercise and proper attitude and emotional well
being. . Many of those using Poly-MVA have found
it helpful to seek out the counsel of a Holistic
Nutritionist or Physician who will design a healthy
program of food and supplements personally suited
to their needs.
Five other important
issues:
- Use a plastic, glass or ceramic measuring
device to administer Poly-MVA. Avoid using metal
spoons due to the metal aftertaste. You may
mix with any form of non-alcholic beverage,
cranberry juice is noted as the but everyone
has their preferances.
- Smoking appears to diminish the effectiveness
of Poly-MVA, but is still helpful.
- Store Poly-MVA inside, out of direct sunlight
or exposure to high heat. Traveling or shipping
is not a problem. It is not necessary to refrigerate
Poly-MVA.
- Maintaining optimium health is a commitment
and is difficult. Compared to the emotional
and financial cost of poor health you really
can not afford not to.
- If you have a serious
illness please stay in contact with your health
care provider or your physician so that you
are receiving regular evaluations, care and
treatment if necessary.
